Old Doors

When I travel, I enjoy taking photos of the many beautiful doors.  Doors are often the reflection of the home owners personality.  They also represent the threshold of what we want the public to see and what we want to keep personal. The colour of a door could represent elegance, welcoming, etc.

On a recent trip I took photos of old barns and their doors.  This one in particular was old and the wood had weathered with beautiful brick red colours. 

Here is a painting of that barn door.  This is the door to the lower level of a barn that was on an old concrete and stone foundation.
