Final touches

Being away on holiday for a week and then spending time at a wonderful family reunion this weekend, I haven't had much time to paint later. However, I was able to finish a painting lately. The finishing touches really makes it stand out. I am very pleased with the final painting that I am displaying in my office at home.

For my next painting, I`m doing a commission of a heron.  I have an interesting photo and I'm trying different surroundings for this beautiful bird. I'll show you a few of the options next weekend.
