Since I started painting, every year I paint a different subject for our Christmas card.
I like painting these cards because it means a personal and unique touch for friends and family. At this time of the year, I'm normally only starting the process of selecting what to paint. However, I'm way ahead of the game this year.
A while ago I saw some old glass Christmas ornaments in those carboard boxes our grandparents used to store them in. As soon as I took the photos, I knew I was going to paint them. The composition for this year's card is the amalgamation of three different photos.
Have a great week
